Alexandra and Alexandros get married in the Monmouthshire countryside

Back in 2021, when people wore masks and quarantining was still a thing – Alexandra and Alexandros got married! They very nearly didn’t – the night before the wedding, a close family member tested positive and this meant a whole cohort of people could also not attend the wedding. The reception venue fell through and they nearly cancelled the whole wedding. But at the 11th hour, their Grandparents agreed to hold the (much smaller) wedding party and those that could – managed to make it to beautiful small church in Trellech, a little village outside Monmouth.

After the ceremony, some friends who could now not come to the party, came to the church – just so they could say congratulations! We then stole off to the place Alex popped the question, overlooking the River Wye, then it was back to the Grandparents house. A stunning home-cooked wedding banquet greeted them, and the intimate party danced on the lawn outside as the sun went down.
