Sarah and Tom got married at Denbies Wine Estate in Surrey.

Sarah and Tom are a relaxed couple who don’t take themselves too seriously but who, on a deeper level, have an intense love of their family and friends. This sentiment was seen throughout their sunshine-filled Humanist wedding.

The morning was very laid-back with the girls all getting ready, sipping Bucks Fizz and exchanging memories and making new ones.

Once Sarah was dressed in her beautiful gown I headed to the Vineyard to meet Tom for some fun shots with his Groomsmen and their matching pink socks!

The courtyard and gazebo was decorated with ivy and flowers and provided an idyllic setting to be married in. Tom could not stop smiling as he waited for his girl to arrive.

The ceremony was funny, heartfelt and full of love. Their vows contained amusing anecdotes about their relationship and all the guests were invited to sing along to the Beatles and Bob Marley which made for a great atmosphere. The ceremony was marked by the wedding party adding their finger prints to a ‘fingerprint tree’ to commemorate the day.

The vineyard was full of the midday sun and we stole some quiet moments after the ceremony for some photographs.

With the majestic Box Hill in the background we had a short group-photo session where as part of a family joke, everybody gave me their best ‘blue steel’ pout and pose!

The reception room was decorated with a nod to the Vineyard, with tables names after wines. The cheese 'cake' was a lovely touch and instead of traditional favours, they had written each and every guest a special letter personal to them. Tom and his family masqueraded as the 'Murray' band and played a few comedy numbers before the first dance. The perfect end to a wonderful day. Their first dance was a compilation of soft and slow and fast and funky. The perfect end to a wonderful day.
