Charlotte and Tom – Glen Yr Afon

Charlotte and Tom had their ceremony at Bassaleg Church followed by a reception at The Glen Yr Afon in Usk. Their day was sweet, honest and full of laughter. I love photographing weddings locally: as I am based in nearby Chepstow, I am often at The Glen Yr Afon in Usk. Weddings at The Glen Yr Afon are beautiful as the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and attentive and the grounds are beautiful. I also love it when couples like to have a wander around Usk too. For Charlotte and Tom it was a wet and wild August day, but they were happy to venture out and we walked into Usk and explored the town and bridge and it was fortunate that at that moment the skies cleared just enough to see a little bit of blue. It was such a happy day full of uplifted spirits.
