Tamar & Sam get married at Oldwalls

The day began at Mulberry House, Oldwalls newest venture, a beautifully renovated old barn near to the venue, where Tamar was getting ready with her family and friends. Then it was on to Oldwalls itself where Sam was enjoying greeting his Groomsmen and guests before the ceremony.

The ceremony was beautiful – and also hilarious! Sam has quite the knack of making everyone laugh as he drawled “Yeahhhh” in comedy fashion, when the registrar asked would he agree to marry Tamar! Needless to say, they did get married and the afternoon begun in gorgeous bright July sunshine. We snuck off for some quiet time in stunning grounds at Oldwalls with its lake and meadows. Set near the Gower in South Wales it is the perfect venue for a Summer Wedding.

After the meal a magician arrived to entertain the guests and had everyone pulling the most extreme quizzical faces with his sleight of hand – I would certainly recommend him as he had me completely baffled! The evening sun began to set in and the band struck up as the danced their first dance as a married couples. It was truly a beautiful day.
